About me

I'm Lindsey Coffelt, a marketing director turned fractional CMO who understands the inner workings of a homebuilding company from the ground up. After more than 20 years in marketing and operations for Mid-Michigan’s largest builders, I saw how often great companies struggle to connect their story to the right audience.

  • I spent four years as Director of Communications for the Greater Lansing Home Builders Association, helping builders and trades connect with homeowners through better storytelling and stronger branding.

  • For the past decade, I’ve been a one-woman marketing department at a $40M+ home building company, leading everything from brand strategy and digital campaigns to community events and media relations.

  • I also own Graze Craze Okemos, which consistently ranks as the top-performing store in a 100+ location national franchise network.

  • I was elected Vice President of the Graze Craze National Ad Fund Board, helping shape national marketing strategy and creative direction for the brand.

  • Along the way, I’ve been honored with multiple awards for marketing, business growth, and community leadership. My favorite wins are still helping great brands tell their stories in meaningful ways.
